Daily School Operations: 8 am - 3:30 pm M-F
The Sky High School operational week is Monday through Friday. There are no mandatory requirements to attend classes on the weekends. The school day is from 8am to 3:30 pm. There are no mandatory requirements for students to attend afterschool classes.
Afterschool Operations: 3:30 pm to 8 pm M-F
Although there are no requirements for students to attend classes or labs afterschool, students may remain on campus until 8pm, on selected days, to participate in additional classes, tutoring sessions, and laboratory work.
Weekend Operations: 10 am to 3 pm Saturday
There is no requirement for students to attend weekend classes. However, students generally may attend Sky on Saturdays, during the hours 10 am - 3 pm, for participation in additional classes, tutoring sessions, and laboratory projects. There is no fee for students to attend during Saturdays.
Tutoring and SAT / ACT Preparation
Tutoring in all subjects and standardized test preparation is available during Afterschool and weekends, excluding Fridays, at no cost to students.
School Calendar
Students may attend classes year-around. Sky provides three semesters: Fall, Spring, and Summer. Summer semesters are optional. Students that attend year-around semesters will complete graduation requirements early. Students can manage to complete their graduation requirements a year early by attending optional summer classes. The Fall/Spring school holiday schedule is of traditional scope.
